Support and maintenance

  • Significantly lower cost for investment in common infrastructure due to the volume thus decreasing per unit price.
  • Extremely expensive infrastructure maintenance is shared by all users according to power consumption and leased power consuption.
  • The maintenance includes 24/7/365 monitoring, support, technical and physical protection:
    1. Overseeing the entire infrastructure is done in the Control Centre (NOC) 24/7/365
    2. Technical people are trained and available onsite for users requiring remote connection or disconnection in the event of an emergency. This service is avaialable exclusively by client request and under supervision
  • Full supply of telecommunication lines.
  • The user does not need to manually take care of failures. Under agreement the user has a guaranteed service (SLA) for continuous delivery of agreed power and cooling service. All expenses resulting due to breakdowns and repairs to infrastructure and facilities shall be covered by DataCross.
  • DataCross techical staff is continuously conducting tests of the entire system and utilizing procedures created for unannounced recovery scenarios(DR tests) according to real damage simulation scenarios.
